Bound Angels is a non-profit organization founded by Robert Cabral to give a voice to animals, in particular those living in our nation's shelters. Our canine behavioral training system "Shelter Rescue" teaches shelter staff and volunteers lifesaving skills to re-train and assess dogs with challenging behavioral issues. Our marketing and viral campaigns have reached throughout the country to change the way people see shelter dogs as well as family pets. Bound Angels' life-saving work has been applauded by everyone from pet owners, animal rights organizations as well as staff, volunteers and management of shelters and humane organizations throughout the US.
