Taste: The Classic Collection features classic family recipes from across North America with a few special contributions from Nicaragua.



The cookbook is a collaborative effort between the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors (CIPHI) and the CIPHI Environmental Health Foundation of Canada (EHFC) to raise awareness and funds for the non-profit organization, Clinica Verde, located in Boaca, Nicaragua.



Clinica Verde is an outpatient community clinic – a global prototype of a sustainably designed health clinic in Nicaragua. Clinica Verde is not just a clinic – it’s a center of community health that celebrates the dignity of all.
