Seeking Afromation hid her experience of domestic violence with fake smiles and by never dealing with her feelings and pain. That was until her brother passed eighteen years later and all those feelings, memories, and emotions came flooding back. These writings were a part of her revelations (a therapy of sorts) and healing process. She hopes that her writings can also help others.
