The goal of this book was to try and expand my chicken wing batch of recipes in order to stop making the same old flavors each time. I wanted to keep it fresh and exciting every time I make chicken wings.
In this book, you can bake them, fry them or grill them. Some of these recipes you might even want a cooling dipping sauce to go with the wings. You can either use a store bought dressing, but why do that when you can make your own.
Dana Saide has spent his life learning to better himself as a home chef. He began cooking at an early age by watching cooking shows on public access TV. Later, the internet became his culinary resource. Throughout his life, he has always tried to cook it himself. Whether the method is canning, charcuterie, smoking, grilling, preserving, growing his own vegetable or just plain cooking, Dana has always had the passion to become a master. Dana's professional career has been spent working with technology. Cooking in his off hours has enabled him to connect with his creativity and practice the artistry of food for his family and friends. He also enjoys photography.
