Created from one man's passion for sharing dishes with others. Growing up, watching my grandmother cook gave me the desire to learn and perfect that craft. The love she put in her dishes made everyone happy. I recognized that same quality in me as I strived to feed people's soul and see pure satisfaction on their faces when they tasted something I made. Food is a common bond that connects us all my goal in writing this book was for the reader to get a small glimpse into my life and create memories of their own. ~Kindred~
