I'm a proud graduate of Vanderbilt University from the classes of 1998 and 2003. I have also taught at the university since 2002. Thus, I have been inside the "Vander-bubble" for many years. One of the things that has frustrated me over the years, is the manner in which the events and people who tend to matter most in the experience of many Black students at Vanderbilt never seem to make their way into the mainstream publications of the university. To correct this problem, I took my love of photography and put together a highly professional, tangible artifact that Black students can cherish for years to come!
