In a post apocalyptic world, the young son of the leader of the human race becomes disillusioned with his mother's regime. He joins with a mysterious young woman who helps him understand the shocking truth about the world he has been living in. He embarks on a journey to understand the depths of violence, racism and discrimination his mother has sunk to create her new utopia.
