Dallas Ford has problems. Her cookbook/devotional, A Year of Canned Biscuits, is seriously behind schedule, and her childhood bully, Bella Stasio, is set to release a similar book, making Dallas look like a copycat. To top it off, her beloved dog Barney goes missing. Enter Mama Sue, a fiercely independent senior citizen known for finding lost pets. In her heart, Dallas believes Bella has something to do with her lost dog, but she falls in with Mama Sue and her team and discovers that sometimes from life's most challenging events, you find joy, beauty, friendship, and really good biscuits.
