Children are delighted when there is "NO SCHOOL today"! But, what if there is no school? This book is designed to engage children in social outreach, giving them the opportunity to learn about those in other countries — the African countries of Kenya and Rwanda specifically — that are not as fortunate to have good schools, books or even pencils galore.
The sales will benefit BLOOM WHERE PLANTED, a non-profit foundation for the benefit of a primary school in Naivasha, Kenya and an orphan center in Kigali, Rwanda.
