This little book is a compilation of notes, advice and affirmations that the author wrote to herself to get her through the many ups and downs she felt after leaving an abusive relationship. Natasha believes highly that the words people tell us, the situations we’ve experienced, and the thoughts we develop in our minds about ourselves, whether negative or positive, lead the direction our lives take. Natasha hopes that her words will help women realize their worth, heal their hearts, design their lives and reveal their own personal stories.
