The images in this book were made for an artists residency in the Curlew Restaurant, Bodiam, Sussex. The same images were exhibited in the restaurant from October 2016 -January 2017. They contribute to the 1066 Battle of Hastings celebrations, happening in 2016. The general theme is warfare from 1066 to 2016. Photography hadn't been invented in 1066, luckily the artist has an imagination.
