Our mission over the years has been to shatter attitudinal barriers against those with a disability in the work and market places. My thanks to Jim and Joni Wolfe, Ray Curry and all of the board members of the Biella Foundation who listened and heard my story of the obstacles in the road and the need to produce a document that would allow all sectors of employment that people with disabilities come in all shapes, sizes, color and most of all, ability.
