For more than a decade, The Stuttering Association for the Young has provided life-changing experiences for young people who stutter, and their families. SAY: The Need Over 70 million people stutter on a daily basis, including 5% of all children. Young people who stutter often face unimaginable fear and cruelty from a world that doesn’t understand them. SAY: How We Help Since 2001, The Stuttering Association for the Young, a non-profit 501(c)(3), has offered comprehensive, innovative programs that address the physical, social and emotional impacts of stuttering. We are dedicated to serving ALL young people who stutter, regardless of their socioeconomic background and provide more than $400,000 in financial aid annually, so children from underserved families have access to our broad range of innovative programs.
