Over the course of 99 days I recorded my feelings and drew a blob everyday. I then combined these blobs and emotions into the 99 characters you encounter throughout the book. For each categorized emotion there is a story about when I felt this way as a child. By comparing my current moods and my reactions from childhood I tested the idea that ultimately people can’t change who they are, but how they are. This is a book dedicated to my fascination with faces and their ties with my current self, my childhood, and my imagination.
