Every year the so-calles ‘Kouwe Klauwe’ tour (cold hands) is organised in Scheveningen, the fishing town next to the Hague, in the Netherlands
Around 200 moped-fanatics wear leather jackets and ride their 2-strokes on a ride to the Grote Markt.
