I believe that on their own, a person’s hands can tell a lot more about his or her personality than any other part of the human body. Every minute physical detail is unique to the person who possesses them.
Contained within our hands is a constant reminder of how beautiful our differences can be, and how sometimes the answer to loving and accepting ourselves is literally right at our fingertips.
In “Between Our Fingers” I wanted the images to merge each person’s face with his or her hands. The person’s face reveals their physical identity, while the person’s hands reveal their true inner self.
