My name is Tim Booth. I'm a photographer based in Framingham, Massachusetts, although originally from England. I'm married to a wonderful American woman who inveigled me over here. I'm mainly interest in landscape and nature photographs, although I'll take anything if it's interesting enough. I've worked in the computer industry for around 40 years, mainly in communications. It seems to move ever faster, and more new bits appear all the time, but I still keep up, and am now writing in an eclectic mixture of C++, C#, Java and Javascript with occasional nostalgic(?) looks at mainframe assembler. As well as working and photographing, I'm also a geologist, Scout Leader (with 1st Finchampstead Scouts for 40 years) and orienteer (now with The New England Orienteering Club, although originally with Berkshire Orienteers). I've provided computing and event services for running orienteering events at all levels.
