This book is about a young man who joined the Air Cadets at an early age which later led him to join the Royal Air Force. His journey takes him overseas whilst on active service. In later years he became a Flight Lieutenant in the Volunteer Reserves where he trained young Cadets the art of gliding. In his memoirs he joins together his personal and his professional life.
