Whether from the pages of a magazine or book, photos grabbed my earliest attention. Through the years I've bought and sold more cameras than memory can recall. There could be worse obsessions. In later years my favorite subjects have been family events, maritime, nature and landscape. Through black and white film, raw digital conversions and most recently high dynamic range, the photographic palette has broadened. In recent self-published books I've tried to express what for me have been the most valued visual experiences of recent years. I hope others will enjoy them.
