I took these photos on my first dedicated shooting day.



I was banished from the house while Emer was having a hair and makeup trial for our wedding, so I thought I'd use the day productively.



The day started grey and dismal - and I was considering giving up - the light was uninspiring. But then, I felt the warmth of the sun on my back, and the day gained a new lease of life.
