Little Deaths: Memory, mortality, transformation, reiteration, remediation, transience degeneration, loss. A new group exhibition explores these subjects; the result of an intensive year-long experience of talking about and making artwork as part of MAWA’s Foundation Mentorship Program (FMP). The FMP is the cornerstone of programming for Mentoring Artists for Women’s Art, which paired these emerging artists with established artists in the community for one-on-one and group mentorship experiences.
