Throughout history mankind has had the need to be in control. We have attempted to control many of the planet's natural resources; one of the most important being water. Earth’s surface is comprised of approximately 70% water. It is considered to be one of the most powerful forces on the planet, yet mankind has attempted to take control of it. Like many of the natural resources on the planet, we have tried to harness it’s power for our own benefit.
