My mother, Milly Van Beusekom, died on Aug. 20, 2008. Most of my favorite memories are of her in the kitchen, cooking, singing and dancing to the beat of country music. When she died, she left six children who all wanted her trademark recipes. This cookbook is a solution to that problem.
