Über das Buch
Many of these are among the best or favorite color images I've shot recently, and some are chosen primarily because they work well with another image as a pair. A gallery just of favorite single images would contain other pictures. I was looking for combinations that had irony, humor, pathos, a shared or contrasting theme or idea, or were visual pairs.
I've begun to enjoy looking at life through the lens of the everyday though – the found, quiet, and in-between moments and random beauty. Seeing them is the exercise, and I feel I've just begun to scratch the surface. – PD
