Kuro, son of the lead Reaper, is in a world invaded by demons. Whilst the Reapers try to rid hellspawn, the Loopers, another group, begins hunting the Reapers to keep them out of power. But when a new demon of endless power breaks into the real world, it is left to Kuro and his three friends, Maxi, Candice and Gavenna, to stop the Lucii- Phoenix before it brings hell onto the world.
