A native of the Southern United States, ROBIN REZENDE grew up in the Rocket City of Huntsville, Alabama, and currently resides in Belfast, Northern Ireland. A self-taught artist, Robin has exhibited her work in solo and group exhibitions in the US and Brasil. Robin has been called a "Cassandra for our times" by one art critic, a reference to the "wake up call" embedded in her art. Another likened her work to "miniature Kiefers with a feminine twist on the topics." Untrained, Robin has been free to explore the unlimited possibilities within photography, painting, and scannography, leading to her love of the experimental in art.
