Vino de Barcelona. This semester, I explored the Jean Leon, Torres and Freixenet vineyards where I learned about the history and process of making wine and cava. Within the city of Barcelona, I observed wine in its many social settings on the streets, in restaurants, in bars, and in supermarkets. The past four months I have enjoyed discovering the wine culture of Barcelona.
