Each 2 page spread included in this book was first mailed out to friends for encouragement during a year's time. Though all the photos are mine and also some of the prose and poems, most of the poems and prose were written by various people from the 1800's and earlier.

Over a period of more than a year I worked hard on choosing poems to go with the prose.
