I studied Children's Literature and Writing for Children at Simon Fraser University, and graduated with a BA in English Literature. I have loved reading and writing since I was child, and I became a poet as a teenager. However I didn't discover my love of writing for children until I began to study at SFU. I have now completed 2 Picture Books and have several more that I wrote years ago and which are waiting to be edited and illustrated. I believe I have many more in me which will emerge when it is their time.
