Most would acknowledge that community development requires consideration of human, organizational, physical, and economic factors. However, often the privileged or favored considerations are not those that take care of people. This project is about the elevation of social justice in the equation as it relates to each of the aforementioned factors. Social justice here, in its most general sense, refers to the belief that all humans are equally important. Specifically, this initiative is about elevating the will and voices of community residents to participate in the design of their community's programs and places.
