Adopted children yearn to understand why they came to be adopted - why did their birth families "give them up?"

In this story we follow the journey of Baby Acorn, learning why his birth family made the choice they did, and hearing from them what they most want for their beloved child who they must be parted from.

Written for my own adopted son, Baby Acorn is a story written to try to gently say all the things that need saying, in a format that young children can comprehend.
