In the perfect utopia of the City, Ackron, the famous hover racer, is tormented by dreams of another less than perfect world. As he struggles to understand these dreams and his growing dissatisfaction with his life of mindless pleasure and ease, his life is changed by a mysterious crystal. Waking up in an unforgiving wilderness and confronting pain and weakness for the first time, Ackron must struggle to find the truth about himself, reality, and the fate of humanity.
