2nd Armored in Europe organized a 10 day WWII US vehicle convoy which was comprised of 30 original war time vehicles and approximately 100+ men from 6 different countries. The 10-day convoy followed the path of the US 6th Armored and 83rd Infantry Divisions. The convoy landed in the port of Ouistreham traveling in military convoy towards the Utah Beach area and beyond through Carquebut, Chef-de-Pont, Port-Bail, Fierville-les-Mines, Muneville-le-Bingard, Saint-Saveur-Lendelin, Pont-de-la-Roque, Brehal, Granville, Sartilly, Avranches, Pontaubault, Ceaux, Cortils, Huisines-su-Mer, Le Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Georges-de-Grehaigne, Pleine-Fougeres, La Boussac, Dol-de-Bretagne, Roz-Landrieux, Lillemer, Saint-Guinox, Saint-Pere, Saint-Servan and Saint-Malo.
