I used to wonder, "Who am I?" And for a long time I wanted to tell people, "I am not what I do or what I have. I am not really even this body you see here." I wanted them to look deeper, to see the me beneath those things. Who was I fooling? It wasn't them who I needed to have see me. It was me. I was the one who needed to see.



Writing these poems helped me to see. They helped me to truly enjoy myself, my beautiful life and all of my many blessings, including family and friends like you.
