InterClimate Network (ICN) was formed in May 2008 with an overall vision to mobilise the energy and creativity of young people, inspiring them to become active citizens and leaders in sustainable, low carbon, economic development. ICN implements dynamic programmes in India, Kenya and the UK, involving young people in all stages of project development and delivery.
