My work explores the relationship between image, memory and archive and possible ways to display visual narratives as poetical activities. Using the concept of ‘art as research’ as a point of departure, I concentrate on the production of books as a form of practice and a theoretical tool . Reflecting upon the production of a stand-alone art edition and of the book as a form and a medium led me to investigate some of the issues around artist’s bookmaking with regard to uniqueness and multiplication.
