Über das Buch
On Thursday the 5th of February 1981, Toronto police raided four bathhouses, arresting over three hundred people. The next night, thousands of gay rights supporters filled the streets of downtown Toronto in protest. Unwittingly among them was a thirteen-year-old girl struggling with her own identity after her parents' divorce, through experiences of sexual assault, and against narrow societal expectations.
