I am an Executive Coach, a certified Christian spiritual director and a licensed marriage and family therapist. I enjoy doodling and painting with watercolors and usually doodle my way through lectures and my prayer times. Doodling gives me a way to reflect and respond to what I hear, imagine, feel and think. I offer these doodles hoping they'll help you find your way in prayer during advent. I find joy in being a listener, guide, coach, and companion as people grow in life. I do this through teaching, facilitating retreats, leading spiritual direction groups, meeting with individuals for spiritual direction and sharing my art. I offer an integrated approach to personal and spiritual growth based on my training in developmental psychology, marriage and family therapy, spiritual direction, and art.
