Über das Buch
The culture, traditions and people of (Doma) Shehitler village in North West Turkey. Alevi muslim farming village in the Uludag range of mountians.
This book is the start of a 4 year project to learn the seen traditions and the unseen traditions of the Alevi culture. This book starts with the setting as you enter the village, the people and their faces. From their work as farmers to their religious practices I am attempting to bring understanding to a different way of approaching life.
