Each year staff at mortgage broker L&C hold an evening of boxing to raise funds for charity.



This year the charity chosen was Help For Heroes and before the first punch was thrown, over £3,000 had been raised.



This book records the event with glorious full-page pictures, and all profits will go to Help For Heroes.
