Many major crimes are never reported appropriately.



Several newspapers contain stories that the publishers believe will entice more people to buy the paper. Due to this in the last few years we have seen an increase in newspapers reporting stories about the life and gossip of celebrities and politicians and less about crimes in local areas.



'Unknown Stories', is a collection of crime stories from Levenshulme and Gorton in Greater Manchester collated over the past 5 years.

These articles are often placed in the corners or beside larger stories where people tend not to notice them.



The Book was shown at Look11 an international photographic festival in Liverpool England in June
