I'm a father of 4 great kids and 2 grand kids. I'm a hiker, a cyclist, a photographer, a closet poet/philosopher and a firefighter with the Albuq. Fire Dept since 1982. I started photography in the early 70's but due to finances and priorities I drifted in and out of it for a number of years. Then in 2006 I bought my first digital SLR camera to take pictures of my daughters dance recitals and that eventually lead to my co-organizing a local Photo Meetup group with my other daughter. Over the years I've taken photos of any number of people, events and things. Every picture has it's own story and I love to try to capture those stories as truthfully as I can. But occasionally I'll let my imagination have fun between camera, Photoshop, and philosophy.
