This guidebook was one of the culminating projects for our kindergarten class after a year exploring our campus and looking closely at the plants, animals and places we observed there. The idea for an alphabetic guidebook came from two students who began an "OES Dictionary" during Story Workshop. The children wrote their work based on their experiences, observations and reading. They chose which topics to include, which to write about individually, and what medium they'd like to use to illustrate. We hope you enjoy their work!
