Led by Mary and Edwin Lee, our tour stopped in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macao and three Chinese provinces. For 22 days in October, we focused our lenses on ultra-modern cities, the Great Wall, Expo 2010, scenic countryside, snow-capped mountains, national parks, extravaganzas, movie sets, historic and UNESCO sites, monasteries, palaces and people’s homes. Admiring flowers on a galloping horse (走馬看花) to be sure, nonetheless we captured many wonderful images of China on memory cards and in our memories.
