I am a Graphic Design student at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The undergraduate program at UIC is very conceptual and puts a lot of emphasis on trying to teach us to think differently. The projects I do are designed to broaden my scope of thought as a designer and to put my creativity to work in new and different ways. This book displays a letterset that I constructed out of books. I then digitized the letterset by making translations in Adobe Illustrator CS5 and experimented with putting the letters into contextual settings using the Adobe Creative Suite CS5 programs.
