Über das Buch
This full color version includes family photos and a brief life sketch of my father.
My father was diagnosed with stage IV terminal pancreatic cancer. He was healthy, active and full of life. The most important thing to him was spending his last few months with his family doing the things he loved to do.
The journey he took us on the last week of his life was a profound, life changing experience. We were able to witness his transition from this life to what awaits us on the other side. During the last week of his life when the pain became unbearable, he never got angry and said, “Why me.” He accepted his final test in life and endured to the end.
It is a privilege to share this experience and his final message with you. “The most important thing in this life is to love one another, nothing else matters. Forgive each other and forget, because the things in this life that seem big are really very small. I have seen the other side and it is beautiful.”
