It's a book done to honor my great grand father who took a very big part in Costa Rica's coffee development back in the late 1800's and early 1900's in which several quotes are taken from a far more detailed book regarding his personality and accomplishments as a person and entrepeneur. At the same time it pretty much shows the process at a coffee plantation before the coffee goes into the industrial stages of roasting etc. It tries to capture the hard working effort from humble and honest people for a product that now has a worldwide popular demand and as is most things, people forget basic most important things in life. The kind of things my great grand father always kept close to him.
