The Make it Real Foundation evolved out of strong personal interests in travel and cultures and the desire to help those less fortunate. Randall Manley and Scott Miller, the principals of Lodestar Private Asset Management, created the Make it Real Foundation in January of 2008, with the objective of linking their philanthropic ideals with their wealth management practice.



The purpose of the Make It Real Foundation is twofold: to provide like-minded people the opportunity to embrace a giving experience on a personal level through meaningful interactions with the beneficiaries of the charitable gifts, and to better understand the beneficiaries' situation through education and positive exposure to the culture of the area-in-need.
