I have been a professional photographer for thirty-six years with a B.S. Degree in Professional Photography from Southern Illinois University. I have published two books with the University of Iowa Press and have two more due for release in 2009. "Transformations" is my first self-published book containing original and digitally manipulated images from my photo-archives. "Exhibition Prints" is a book of some of my favorite black and white images done since 1975 - there are no photo captions, as I wanted the photographs to speak for themselves. I am working on another book of black and white photographs, this one being a documentary of a single county in Iowa -"Madison County:Bridges and Beyond".
