From a photo perspective, I consider myself an "advanced amateur" photographer. I received my first camera at age 7 as a birthday present from my dad. Now I use a Nikon DSLR and am somewhat proficient in Photoshop and Lightroom. Mostly, I enjoy photographing people as a casual photo-journalistic style and in more controlled studio settings. I’m especially passionate about producing images that evoke strong emotional response. That’s what makes me go.
